I originally had my mortgage with one of the big banks. They were dragging their feet and asking for items that were not even possible to get. I left that bank and went to Tom Marchioli at contour mortgage. He understood the urgency and let me know what I would need to complete the application. He moved fast and worked diligently to keep me in the loop and have my loan processed as fast as possible and close on my target date. Wow...what can I say about Mr. Marchioli other than he is great! He was extremely patient and transparent which can be difficult to get in this business.
Although my mortgage lending needs were typical, 30-year conventional loan, Tom also specializes in rehab type loans as well; which for a short time my wife and I were considering.
Bottom line, if you want the best rates, mortgage options, and overall great personal experience, Tom is your guy! He was definitely the first one at the finish line, which is one of his favorite sayings!!
